Many people assume replacing the lock is the only option. This is not the case. Many lock manufactures make spare parts for commonly breaking parts in the lock. This can be something as small as a clip or spring. We are trained to recognize all signs of common faults with locks. The current lock on the door could be good quality and expensive, therefor repairing it is a more cost effective option
We will always do our best to repair the existing lock. We carry and have access to many spare parts for many brands of locks. We will advise you if it is broken beyond repair or wont last in the future. In this case we would advise on replacing the lock.
Our response times are fast, We will always do our best to get to you as soon as possible. The tradesman you speak with will give you as estimate time of arrival.
We are qualified locksmiths so we are familiar with most if not all of the lock types. This means we are very efficient when repairing locks
With so many styles and parts of locks, Giving a general cost isn’t possible. A photo is a big help for us, we then maybe able to advise on a price.
We only invoice current clients/businesses. We carry Efpos machine and can also do card payment over the phone if card isn’t on site. Also accept cash and cheque.
